We cordially invite all Philosophy of Being, Cognition and Value students

as well as other interested people

to the PBCV inauguration lecture

“Can Philosophy be Practical or is It Only Abstract Thinking?”

which will be delivered by prof.  Jakub Kloc-Konkołowicz.

The lecture is a part of the PBCV inauguration ceremony

which will take place on Thursday,

30th September 2010, at 11:00 a.m.

in the Institute of Philosophy, room 14 (1st floor)

* Additional info for new students:  your presence is obligatory since you are going to receive students books (indeks) and students IDs during the ceremony. Moreover, at 2 p.m. the Library Training will take place – it is aimed to teach freshmen how to use our library. It is not obligatory, however you must be aware that in case of absence on the training, you will have to deal with the book ordering system on your own during the academic year :)
